The concert will return to Toronto’s Molson Canadian Amphitheatre for two days in August. Frank Ocean and James Blake will perform on August 4, while Drake headlines Day 2 on August 5 with some special guests.

Tickets go on sale Friday, May 24, at 10 a.m., with prices starting at $49.50.

Last year’s festival included performances from A$AP Rocky, The Weeknd, and 2 Chainz. At the inaugural festival in 2010, Drake brought out Jay-Z, Eminem, Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, Bun B, and Fabolous.

Styled to Rock will premiere its 10-episode run later this year with Williams serving as one of the mentors. The new series, will pit 12 up-and-coming designers against each other to crown the next trendsetter with the unique opportunity to style A-list talent in entertainment.

“We are delighted to have Pharrell, who is a driving force in both the music industry and fashion world, serve as a mentor on ‘Styled to Rock,” said Salaam Coleman Smith, president Style Media. “Pharrell’s unique aestheticand commitment to individuality combined with Rihanna’s vision for this series will enable our aspiring designers to hone their craft and learn from the very people who set the trends.”

Williams, winner of three Grammys, is the lead vocalist/guitarist for N.E.R.D. and one-half of the production duo The Neptunes. He is featured on Daft Punk’s anticipated album, Random Access Memories,and its single “Get Lucky.” He has several clothing lines, including Billionaire Boys Club, Billionaire Girls Club, Bee Line, ICECREAM and has designed jewelry and accessories for Louis Vuitton, furniture and products with Moncier and Takashi Murakami. Williams also recently started the company, i am OTHER.

And from the sounds of “Dirty Laundry,” a collaboration with The-Dream off Rowland’s upcoming Talk a Good Game album, she’s got an awfully heavy load. It’s everything the 32-year-old has kept in for 10 years in the form of smooth R&B — with each chapter separated by melancholy coos that “when you’re soaked in tears for years, it never airs out/ When you make pain look this good, it never wears out.”

While the track is decidedly doleful, Rowland told Billboard on Wednesday that her goal was to inspire fans, not bring them down.

“It was very emotional. It took me days to record,” she told the magazine. “I had to get past being so upset and actually sing the song, not sob through it. I always hope that my music can inspire someone, the same way other artists inspire me.”

The-Dream added that he “pushed” Kelly to hold nothing back on the track. “When you have a stage like Kelly has, you should talk about that part of your life,” he said. “I think Kelly’s way deeper than that.”

In addition to “Dirty Laundry,” Kelly will also team up with The-Dream on “Where Have You Been?” off his May 28 release, IV Play.

Law enforcement tells us … a 22-year-old male from the Chicago area was taken into custody for trespassing after he admitted to swimming up to the beach in front of Swift’s home around 2 AM.

Here’s the back story — around 2:20 AM, cops spotted the man getting out of the ocean, around 1 mile from Swift’s home.

Cops approached the guy and asked him what he was doing in the water — and the man allegedly told police he had just completed a swim, in which he intended to meet Taylor.

Sources say … the man told cops he swam all the way to Swift’s beach, but saw her security team … and decided to swim back to where he came from (roughly 2 miles round trip in cold water).

The man was hauled to a nearby police station where he was booked for trespassing. He’s still in custody.

We spoke to the Westerly Police Dept. which tells us, “There is a zero tolerance policy for trespassers.” The cops say they have already met with Taylor’s security to discuss the matter.
