Rihanna Covers “Harper’s Bazaar” Magazine: “Afraid of Falling In Love Again” (Pics)

Rihanna wows in white on the August cover of Harper’s Bazaar. The Bajan beauty stuns in the sleek and sexy photos by Camilla Åkrans.

Inside the pages, the golden goddess dons a metallic bodysuit with cheetah-print boots, showing off her legs in a Baroque-style Balmain dress with Manolo Blahnik heels as she leans against a wall. She gazes out behind a white mesh top in another striking image.

Rihanna has never been one to shy away from taking risks. This self-proclaimed rebel has made statements through her music, her videos or her personal style. But there is one part of her life where she tends to be a little more guarded: her love life.

"[I'm] rebellious through my music, through my fashion, tattoos, and my hair. I have been conservative in my love life. ... It's pretty much nonexistent," Rihanna told Harper's Bazaar in an interview for their August issue. "If I come across someone who I find really cool, I'll hang out. But the minute I find that we're getting too close I just — I don't let people in."

"When I was in love, I fell so hard. I was really, really, really in love. The way it made me feel was priceless. And in a blink of an eye, my whole life changed," Rihanna said. "Everything that I knew was different. I never thought I'd feel that pain in my life. I'm afraid of feeling that again."
